Quality of Life and Cancer Pain: Satisfaction and Side Effects With Transdermal Fentanyl Versus Oral Morphine

This cross sectional quality of life study of 504 terminal cancer patients who either received transdermal fentanyl patil [TFP], sustained release oral forms of morphine. The patients on TFP had significantly fewer and lesser side effects from pain medication than the other forms of morphine.
